Anandalite is a variety of Quartz, silicon dioxide that exhibits “rainbow” flashes from within the Quartz itself which may be due to the mineral Rhodium. Anandalite forms as clusters and is from the Himalaya region of India. It is sometimes known as Rainbow Quartz.
