Purple Jade is a form of Jadeite with colours ranging from pale lavender/ lilac to mid purple.
Jade is found as two distinct mineral types:
- Nephrite – a calcium magnesium silicate mainly coloured deep green, creamy brown or white.
- Jadeite – a sodium aluminium silicate mainly coloured leaf to emerald green, blue/green, black/green to black or lavender/purple.
The frequency of Purple Jade is connected to the Earth star, third eye and crown chakras. It opens the third eye and crown chakras allowing one to connect to higher Beings to gain spiritual knowledge and then ground and link this energy to that of Mother Earth via the Earth star chakra.
Purple Jade helps one dispel negative energies or thoughtforms from one’s energy fields and thus allows one to be spontaneous and have a joyful outlook on life and to “go with the flow”.
The energy of Purple Jade is one of discernment. This helps one to perceive and understand information, thoughts, feelings, situations or teachings that are in alignment with one’s own truths.
Purple Jade also aids one to be “open-minded” and non-judgemental about that which does not “feel” right at any given time, but, does not allow one to completely reject such thoughts and feelings.
